Holding a bachelor’s degree in History, she is passionate about using lessons from the past to shape a more equitable future. Her master’s in Higher Education Leadership and Student Development provided her with deep insights into human growth and leadership within educational contexts.
Dr. Riad envisions a world where women of all backgrounds can lead authentically, thriving in an environment of empowerment and equity. She is passionate about mentorship and education and strives to inspire the next generation of leaders. She is committed to breaking down barriers, fostering positive change, and equipping young women to reach their fullest potential.
